The HUE Leadership and Quality Process Training is a seminar based on Master Dang’s philosophy on incorporating Human Universal Energy® in leadership and business management. The training is split in 2 parts, for participants who have graduated the 08-HUE Applying Spiritual Science II course.
The first part of this course is focused on using leadership techniques given by the Master regarding your spiritual development and how to find your personal values and your purpose in life. As a leader you will learn how to be in a meditative state so you can get brilliant ideas and remain calm so you can solve all deadlocks within your organization.
Emphasis is placed on developing the HUE Student for acquiring specific leadership qualities and skills to be used in the workplace. This course is specially designed for HUE Students in the roles of managers, supervisors or business owners. This course includes lectures as well as self-directed studies and/or small group exercises.
